*You MUST sign up in order to have your space reserved for auditions.
CALLBACKS AS NEEDED: Thursday, Oct. 19th at 5pm

DATES
REHEARSALS: 10/23-11/30 | M-Th | 5p-8:30p
*Younger kids will rehearse earlier and older later.
(No rehearsal the week of Thanksgiving. There MAY be an added rehearsal Sunday, 11/26 for a refresher run through before going into tech)
TECH REHEARSAL: 11/27-11/30
SHOWS
Friday, 12/1 7:30pm
&
Saturday, 12/2 at 7:30pm
(Actor Call time at 6:30pm)
*You must be available at least two days a week for rehearsal. With the possibility of a third day. Tech week, we request you be there every day as we finalize and implement lights, sound, sets, props, and costumes.
*Tickets to the show will go on sale 10/23.
Each performer will receive a complimentary show shirt.
Additional shirt will be available to purchase.

(Deposit is refundable until Mon. 10/16. Deposits are no longer refundable after 10/16).
The remaining balance will be due by Friday, Oct. 20th
Two way to pay your $150 deposit:
OPTION 1
Through the website upon checkout. At checkout you will be charged the $150 deposit + $25 processing fee. (Total of $175).
OPTION 2
Avoid the processing fee and pay directly to Jennifer's VENMO. At checkout apply the code: ALTPAY
You must still sign up to fill out the form.
*Please note, when paying your deposit via VENMO, you must INCLUDE your child(s) name from the form.

What to prepare for auditions:
DANCE
We will begin with the dance call. All will learn a short combination at the audition. Please wear/bring appropriate clothing and shoes.
SINGING
Prepare 16 bars of an up-tempo. Bring your sheet music for the accompanist.
ACTING
You may be asked to read at the audition or may be called back to read on the day of callbacks (Thurs. 10/19). *Sides will be provided.
*CONFLICTS*
A conflict sheet will be given to you at auditions. You will be asked to list ALL conflicts you have at the time of the audition.
