At a Glance

During three exciting weeks, performers will sing, dance, act, and rehearse as they bring a full musical production to life, culminating in three public performances.

Along the way, performers make new friends and experience the excitement, responsibility, and teamwork that go into bringing a show from first rehearsal to opening night.

Costumes are provided, with families responsible for a few personal basics and role-specific items, such as shoes and undergarments. A detailed list will be provided following casting.

  • Casting Note: All roles are flexible in age and gender presentation for this production.

  • ​At auditions, we’re looking for bold choices, expressive storytelling, teamwork, and listening — not perfection.  You do not have to be “perfect singers,” just confident, expressive, and project your voice.

  • Most Important, we want to see you and your personality!

Refundable Costume Deposit

There is a refundable $75 costume deposit required in addition to your tuition. This costume deposit will be refunded to you after the safe return of the costume(s) after the final performance.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

$150 of your tuition is the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a refund are valid until April 24, 2027, 11:59pm. Except for the non-refundable deposit.

EARLY DROP OFF

8am at Menchies

If you would like to drop off your child early, you can as early as 8am at Menchies Frozen Yogurt. At about 10:15 am, the early drop offs are walked to the theatre which is a short 5 min walk (0.2mi).

Early Drop Off is an add on to camp. 
$350 per child for Early Drop off.

Volunteers

It takes a village to put on a show. Not only the kids become a family, but their parents and guardians often become part of the family as well. 

We will be requesting volunteer help in the following areas, but not limited to:
Rehearsal Chaperones
​Rehearsal Video/Photography
Show Backstage Chaperones
Lobby Volunteer on Show Day

​*Show day volunteers may reserve two seats for the show. (One seat for the volunteer and one additional seat). More info available.

*We need daily rehearsal volunteer chaperones. This is the only volunteer position that will reduce/eliminate your tuition fee, pending how many days you commit to. We do ask for individuals that can commit to the full duration of rehearsals. Email for more details. The rehearsal chaperone volunteer positions are limited.
